If your users use Outlook Express and you want to negate some of the size restriction that comes with ShellExecute, you can use WinExec to send emails from your VFP application.

As long as you don't need to send attachments and your emails are fairly brief, then ShellExecute can be used.

Here I'll show an example of sending email from VFP using CDO NTS. It is fairly similar in many regards to the previous entries, but note that both the mailformat and bodyformat must be changed to facilitate HTML in the body of the email.
