The directions for installing/registering the DDEX Provider that is included as part of Microsoft's Sedna project for Visual FoxPro is incomplete and, in some cases, just plain wrong. In this blog entry I provide the information Visual FoxPro developers need to properly install the DDEX Provider and use it from Visual Studio 2005/2008.

Here I present a super-simple backup solution for Visual FoxPro applications that can be implemented simply by including an exe and generating an ini file.
This update to the VFPCompression FLL provides fixes for issues with relative pathing when zipping folders and files that caused the previous versions of the FLL to fail unless a developer told the function to ignore pathing.

Using a loader/updater application for Visual FoxPro applications can greatly simplify the task of keeping users' systems up-to-date and problem free after the initial deployment. In this blog entry I present a solution I created for updating VFP applications.
Here I present the latest FLL that I've created that allows Visual FoxPro developers the ability to easily upload and download files while easily providing progress indication of the processes.
